Join us in welcoming Colette Rogers to the Springboard Network of Industry Engagement Professionals.

Colette is Business Development Advisor at Memorial University’s Research Innovation Office (RIO).

She joined RIO in 2024 after having worked with the Faculty of Business Administration for nine years, where she was responsible for management of accreditation and partnerships, curriculum improvement and strategic initiatives. Colette worked in both the private and not-for-profit sectors prior to joining Memorial University in 2015.

Colette has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from Memorial University. 

In her role as Business Development Advisor, she assists in developing successful research collaborations between Memorial University and industry, commercializing promising inventions developed through university research, and supporting entrepreneurial programming led by RIO.
