Shelley Hessian has more than 30 years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses.

Shelley is Regional IP Counsellor with Springboard Atlantic. In this role, she helps delivers Springboard Atlantic IP Advantage which is an ISED intellectual property (IP) program for startups. Springboard is a network of the 19 post-secondary institutions in Atlantic Canada working to commercialize academic and industry-led research.
