Dalhousie Agriculture and the Maritime Beef Council will host the first “Beef Day @ Dal” on November 25, 2023, in Truro, Nova Scotia. The event will bring together researchers, industry, and government to discuss current research activities within the beef sector, view current research equipment (carcass ultrasound demonstration), and hear about national research initiatives.
