Graphene Innovation and Technologies (GIT) is a start-up in Halifax that is making a graphene coating designed for marine vessels and plans to sell its coating to shipping companies for their long-haul ships. The company’s product was formulated while the two founders were doing research at Dalhousie University (Dal) and today, GIT is based out of Dal’s new Idea Hub building.
