With support from ALTUS, Springboard Atlantic and the Idea to Innovation (“I2I”) program of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), Dr. David Risk's technology developed at St. Francis Xavier University (StFX) is now being tested for real commercial applications in Western Canada.
Chelation Partners Inc. is #springboarding forward in their Fight against Superbugs
With the support from researchers from Cape Breton and Dalhousie University, the Halifax company has entered into clinical trials on dogs with ear infections to test a new chemical compound for fighting antibiotic-resistant superbugs.
Making Frozen Lobster Taste Great
Started by Dr. Razul at St Francis Xavier University (StFX) and now #springboarding forward with Innovation Mobilization funding from Springboard Atlantic, StFX is collaborating with Acadia University to ensure that frozen lobster tastes as good as a fresh one.
