At Memorial University, Dr. Noel Cadigan a research scientist at the Centre for Fisheries Ecosystems Research (CFER) at the Marine Institute and an assistant professor of statistics, Mathematics and Statistics in the Faculty of Science, has been named the Ocean Choice International Research Chair in Stock Assessment and Sustainable Harvest Advice for Northwest Atlantic Fisheries.
